Exercise: templates to rebuild

We provide the templates from our LAWLIFT Academy here for you to reproduce and learn.

We have followed the colour and commentary principles when creating them. Of course, you do not need to keep this way of editing the Word document but can always design it individually. Here you can find some other ideas to prepare your first document.

What is covered in the NDA
  • Format:
    • List elements
    • Centred headings in BKV
    • Numbered and unnumbered paragraphs and headings
    • Preamble: List elements on the second level
    • Format the font appearance of single words in LAWLIFT (Bold, italic, underlined)
    • Bullet points (Set and format other symbols in your letterhead)
    • Small caps in headings
    • Indentations of text after numbering of headings and sub-paragraphs
  • Logic:
    • Text questions & placeholders
    • Select Questions
    • Multiple-choice questions
    • Serial Questions
    • Serialize paragraphs (several parties on one side of the contract)
    • Indentation of paragraphs in other style levels

    • Serialize signature lines to allow the number of representatives to be entered individually

    • The possibility to add any number of parties to a two-page contract
    • Lists of all parties in the correct language and form ("A, B and C" instead of "A, B, C")
