There are some cases when users are automatically suspended by the system. This suspension is not irreversible and is done for security reasons.
In which cases is the suspension performed?
- if an account is not used for more than 6 months or if there is no log-in within the 6 months, the account will be suspended by the system.
- if the user enters his password or the activation code incorrectly 3 times, the account will be suspended automatically.
If your account has been suspended, please contact your administrator. He can unlock you again without any problems.
