Welcome,
How Can We Help You?

DocuSign for Publications

You can activate DocuSign in the advanced settings of the publication.

If you activate DocuSign by default, a button with "Send via DocuSign" is displayed directly and the user can then export the document. If you do not want to activate DocuSign by default, you must click on "Additional export options" as an additional option.

You can then send the publication via DocuSign using the three gray dots to the right of the Export button.

So that the document can be sent via DocuSign, an input field appears in which you can enter the names and email addresses of the recipients. A subject for the e-mail can also be defined here.

DocuSign can only be used by logged-in LAWLIFT users

If you access a publication as an anonymous user, DocuSign cannot be used, even if it is set up by default.

If the document is sent as a draft (see image below), the position of the signature can still be adjusted in DocuSign.

The recipient receives an email with the access link for the respective document and can then sign it via DocuSign. As the creator, you will then see the signed document in your DocuSign dashboard.
