You have the option of storing several templates in one publication using the Multi-Document Workflow. By releasing the link, multiple documents can be created by the client/customer entering information once.
By publishing only the interview, you can only query the data of your client/customer and then internally create several final documents.
You also have the option of hiding certain sections from the publication in the template itself, so that you can control which questions are intended for the client/customer.
