If you have linked your own letterhead template with LAWLIFT via mapping and the link does not occur as desired, you can check the following points: 

1. Is the template linked to the correct letterhead?
2. Is the letterhead created correctly? Does it contain the necessary text anchors? (Please also note the checklist: Error when inserting the text into the Word file)
3. Are your own Word format templates mapped to the correct level in LAWLIFT?  
4. Are your style sheets not displayed in the dropdown? Please note that Word does not always save the names of your Word format templates as you can read them. Word changes the name and you may have to translate the name of your template. 
5. Is your own Word style sheet complete? (Note, for example, whether the numbering in Word has been set correctly.)
