Format Secondary Text

You have the possibility to define a style sheet in your letterhead template differently than the rest of the document. This is particularly suitable for an address field or headers and footers (secondary text).

Please note that there is no numbering in the secondary text style sheet.
First, open your letterhead (Word) and insert the text anchor {@SECONDARY} at the position where you want to insert the address, for example.

Based on our standard letterhead template proceed as described:

Open the format styles so that you can make changes in the formatting. Here, you can see all elements available in LAWLIFT to which changes can be made. Scroll down to the LL Secondary Text style sheet.

Move your courser over the style sheet, click on the arrow and then on change. A new window will now open. Here, you can define the formatting of the secondary text.

Important

Please ALWAYS click on new documents based on this template, because you want to create a letterhead that refers to additional documents and should not only apply to the individual document. Please also read the LAWLIFT Design Guide III.1.
Then upload the letterhead template to LAWLIFT under the menu item LETTERHEADS and link the respective template to your letterhead. In your intelligent template, also link the heading under which the address field is located with the text anchor SECONDARY.
