You can open both at the same time in two different tabs in the browser. There are two ways to do this:
1. Copy the link from the template that is open in Edit mode. Open another tab and paste the link into the address bar.
2. Hold down the control key (Windows) / CMD key (Mac) and click with the mouse on the "Preview" button.
